Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from the AJC Store. If you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the guidelines below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving return instructions

To start a return, contact us at ajcstoresupport@ajc.com (monitored Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–4 p.m. ET). Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address based on the item(s) purchased. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as return locations may vary by product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:

  • A defective item
  • A damaged item
  • An incorrect item sent by the AJC Store

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is caused by an AJC Store error or defective product.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at ajcstoresupport@ajc.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution. We may request photos of the item and packaging to assist with the review.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refund processing typically occurs within 10–15 business days
  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund

If more than 20 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at ajcstoresupport@ajc.com.

The AJC Store is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking information shows delivery but you cannot locate your package, please:

  • Check with household members or neighbors
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
  • Reach out to us if you need assistance filing a claim
